Putting customers at the heart of our business, solutions, events… it sounds so obvious but is that the problem? Is it too obvious? How often do we really do it? And if not, what does it really mean? And why is it important? This talk will give some real world examples, mistakes, learnings, and some practical ways to try and really make this part of the culture.
