Speaker profile

Cat is the Strategic Change Manager at Novuna Business Finance. Her career path to this point hasn’t been a traditional route into IT project management, however. Armed with a degree in Biochemistry, Cat went on to complete a PhD in Molecular Oncology at Imperial College London before a stint in the world of Technology Transfer at Imperial Innovations. Cat then spent 5 years in software development, initially as a developer before a change of direction led her to project management and finally to Novuna, taking up her current role, managing some of the company’s largest digital transformations to date. As an advocate for Diversity and Inclusion, Cat contributes to Novuna’s efforts to support individuals of all walks of life, in particular championing the success and development of female colleagues within the business.
