Kate is a Partner at Boddy Matthews Solicitors who specialise in franchising, as well as many other areas of law. Kate is the Regional Chair for EWiF in the South and has held the position for many years. She has a wealth of knowledge around all things franchising, from her vast experience as a solicitor and regional chair.

Kate is passionate about the work that EWiF does in promoting franchising particularly to assist women. Kate seeks to combine the mission of EWiF in her everyday work where her legal firm has over 30 years franchise experience assisting national and international franchisors and franchisees alike.
