Kirstan first joined Tesla in 2017 and has held various leadership roles during her tenure across sales, service delivery and training. In this time she has been a pivotal player in supporting Tesla scaling their operations here in the UK and Ireland.
Prior to her time at Tesla, she spent over 15 years leading B2B service contact centre operations for organisations such as Evri and FMG Ltd. In this time, she implemented outsourced technical and service solutions for key clients including John Lewis, Next, ASOS, the Highways Agency, multiple UK Police forces, LeasePlan and Lex Autolease.
Having spent a large proportion of her career in logistics and fleet she is passionate about gender equality and inclusivity and in recent times, through her own personal experiences, has become an outspoken advocate for menopause education.
