Speaker profile

Melanie is Head of Product at Not on the Highstreet, the home of gifting and small business champions. She joined the company in 2021 after working as Head of Product at Rightmove and before that Transport for London. Melanie started out in Product Management back in 2005 after completing her degree in Computing, and has also spent some time as a secondary school ICT & Computing teacher.

Melanie has a strong belief that the most successful products are built through collaboration and with a solid understanding of the end user. She is keen to share her knowledge and more importantly, mistakes, from over the years in the hope others learn, develop and share back themselves.
