With over 30 years of experience in ecology, environmental sciences, and law, including an HND, BSc (Hons) and Master’s Degree, and as an environmental consultant to some of the biggest companies in the world, Rachael has proved she has extensive experience in the sustainability sector. But while her background is firmly rooted in science; she also recognises our natural connection to the earth from a spiritual perspective, as a Reiki Master and Shamanic Practitioner.
Having learned to navigate her menopause journey and manage her own anxiety by being in nature, Rachael now wants to empower other women to improve their physical and mental health, while making a positive impact on the environment.
Her company has developed, Sustainably Me, which is a brand new, unique take on sustainability. Where you can get an individual sustainability score as well as continuous tips, support and fun advice from real-life specialists about how to reduce your score. She welcomes you to join a community of like-minded people who are on their own sustainability journey and share ideas and actions around enhancing your relationship with ourselves and the earth.
