Rachel Daka leads the UK Projects and Consulting division in Capgemini’s Cloud Infrastructure Services business, leading a team of 1,000 talented professionals who address and deliver client opportunities across the UK public and private sector. In the ever evolving world of Cloud, End User, Service Integration and Cyber, Rachel is passionate about people, leadership and the transformative impact of technology.

At the beginning of her career, Rachel got her start in project management and went on to manage and lead multiple client portfolios, departments and business lines across the globe, where she was instrumental in driving growth and delivery excellence, honing her leadership skills and developing a deep understanding of the value she brings to businesses.

Rachel’s commitment to trustworthiness, leadership as service, entrepreneurial spirit and the importance of purpose means the human edge is always top of mind.
