Suzanne Steele is a customer-centric and people focused leader. She understands the importance of building client relationships to ensure competitive differentiation and growth, and how creating an employee centric culture focused around community aids business success.

The UK and Ireland (UKI) is one of Adobe’s largest markets globally, with brands across sectors at the forefront of embracing digital distruption. In her role, Suzanne is responsible for taking the UKI business to new heights, as well as supporting customers of all sizes to realise their mission of delivering personalised experiences.

Suzanne has 25+ years’ experience in leading and motivating management teams across data, software and analytics businesses. Her work in North America, Australia, the UK and Singapore includes senior roles at Experian, Visa Europe, and Morgan Stanley.

Prior to joining as the leader for Adobe UKI in April 2022, Suzanne was VP and MD for Adobe’s Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) operations, in which she launched Adobe Skill Finder, a programme offering over 3,000 free courses which reached more than 400,000 Australians.

Before joining Adobe in 2017, Suzanne spent two years leading Experian’s ANZ operations as Managing Director, with proven success in driving high-performance and engagement through a period of significant business transformation.
