Speaker profile

Yota Trom is a coach and facilitator on a mission to help people in tech tune into their inner confidence and become inspiring leaders. She started her career as a software engineer, moving up into senior roles at Amazon and Yahoo before getting a Master’s in Positive Psychology and Coaching and launching her career as a coach. She is also a visiting lecturer at University College London (UCL) where she talks about Humanistic Leadership and Management.
In 2019 she founded the non-profit organisation Together in Tech, a community of 6000 people that aims to encourage diversity in tech and empower women to succeed in the business world by creating a space where men and women can come together, exchange knowledge, empower and support each other.

Yota was honored to be awarded the Reframe Women In Tech Award in 2022 for Leadership with Purpose.
